Terms and Conditions of The High Roller Club Loyalty Program

As a condition of your use of this Site and the Loyalty Program, you warrant that:

1. You are at least 19 years of age.

2. You possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.

3. You will use this Site and the Loyalty Program in accordance with this Agreement.

4. All information supplied by you on this Site or in connection with the Loyalty Program is true, accurate, current, and complete.

We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to deny access to this Site, the Loyalty Program, and the services we offer at any time and for any
reason, including, but not limited to, violations of this Agreement.

Capitalized terms appearing in, but not defined in, this Agreement have the meanings set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

High Roller Club Points

As part of the Loyalty Program, you will be eligible to earn points that may be redeemed for discounts of up to 75% off your average purchase price at participating Tokyo Smoke  in Ontario, Manitoba, or Saskatchewan.
 

Earning Points
 

High Roller Club points are accrued through visits to participating Tokyo Smoke locations and are limited to:

• One (1) point per visit

• One point per member per day
   

No purchase is necessary.

High Roller Points can be redeemed for dollar-off savings at participating store locations only.

Redemption Levels

The High Roller Points redemptions are calculated based on the member's average amount spent on all products purchased in previous visits
used to earn the discount ("Average Spend").

Awarding Discounts
 

If the purchase subtotal is less than the member's Average Spend:

The discount is calculated as a percentage of the purchase subtotal.
 

Example:

• Average Spend: $100

• Points Earned: 13

• Purchase Value: $50
   

The member receives a 75% discount, reducing the purchase price to $12.50.
 

If the purchase subtotal is equal to or greater than the member's Average Spend:

The discount is calculated as a percentage of the member's Average Spend and converted into a dollar value.
 

Example:

• Average Spend: $100

• Points Earned: 13

• Purchase Value: $200

The member receives a discount equal to 75% of their Average Spend, valued at $75.00, reducing the purchase price to $125.00.
 

Additional Program Rules

• Once 13 points have been collected, no further points can be earned until the existing points are redeemed.

• Once points are redeemed, the member balance resets to zero.

• Points expire six (6) months after the calendar month in which they were earned.

• Some products may be excluded at our sole discretion without notice.

• Loyalty benefits and promotions may only be redeemed in-store by the account holder.

• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or gift cards.

• Items purchased using discounts cannot be returned for full cash value or credit.
